Random 2 year update

You love Batman and who wouldn't when they look this good in a batman outfit!

Fancy Bday dinner for Daddy at Chilis. You love mashed potatoes but when your order came you refused to eat them because they had skins in them. You kept saying "I don't like it". So your meal consisted of you dipping your fingers in ranch dip. Real healthy!!

This year you got to sit at the kid table in the toy room at thanksgiving instead of at the kitchen table with mommy and daddy. Every time we walked in you were grinning from ear to ear. You thought you were big stuff!

Another big milestone is that you woke up one morning pulling your ear and said "my ear hurt, Dr. Brown fix it". We took you to the Dr. and sure enough you had a severe ear infection. Such a huge milestone that you can now communicate what is wrong with you. We were so proud!!

Breakfast with Brox

Your second birthday party was a huge hit! The theme was Breakfast with Brox and you arrived acting like a total ham and ready to party! All of our closest family and friends came to celebrate and help make your day special.

2 Year Video

Brox 2 Year from Ashley Colunga on Vimeo.

Happy Birthday to our sweet 2 year old. Here is a video montage of our favorite moments with you starting with your first steps. We love you so much!

And I had to post your 1 year video also so we could see you from your very first moments:)

The Big 2

Your second birthday was so much fun! We did all of your favorite things starting with a Mickey Mouse theme breakfast.

Next you moved onto a little coloring and playing in a clothes basket.

We let you pick out a tattoo (that I finally had to remove because you cried every time you got in the bat tub in fear that we would rub it off)
And of course for lunch you had your favorite. Mashed potatoes and gravy!
We originally planned on taking you to the Dallas Arboretum or the Perot museum but took the simple route instead. Tractor Supply for you to play and pick out a toy and chick-fil-a for nuggets, ketchup and a shake. We realized that you don't need anything fancy. As long as you are with Mommy and Daddy you are happy. All three of us had a blast celebrating your special day.

Country living

We enjoyed a nice stroll down to great-grandpa's tank while the weather was nice this week. Country living at its finest!

Our Little Ring Bearer

This weekend you were the ring bearer in aunt Kimree's wedding. I was so nervous about how you would do even though the bride kept saying she didn't care how you did she just wanted you to be a part of her wedding.

Well you did great! Adam helped you get started then you walked the rest of the way up the aisle by yourself. You were really slow and kinda swung the pillow around but everyone thought you were adorable. I was one proud Mommy!

During the ceremony you decided to loudly say "I pooped" right in the middle of the vows. Hopefully they can't hear that in the video:

After the ceremony you posed patiently for tons of pictures. Everyone was cheering for you and high fiving you when you walked by to take pics.  At the ceremony you mingled and danced and just had fun running around. Towards the end you got tired and laid on the floor. Then you got smart and lined up 3 chairs to lay down.

It was a great day and I am so glad you were there to help make Kimree's day special. Her and Amy absolutely adore you!
